CONFIRM A BOOKING
After you have made a reservation inquiry and received a confirmation email for your party date please make your deposit payment
Please make your deposit payment within 24 hrs of receiving your confirmation email. We regret we cannot hold bookings without a deposit payment and if we do not hear from you, your date will be released to another booking..
Please note all our parties are priced per person, the guest number you select at the time of booking is the fee you are charged. We do NOT refund last-minute drop-outs or no-shows
If you are unsure of your final guest number at the time of making a deposit payment we recommend making your booking at the lower end of your guest count. You can add further guests before making you balance payment.
Balance payment is due one week prior to your event at which time you will be able to add further guests + your invoice will be updated accordingly.
PARTY THEMES + EXTRAS
We prep for our parties weeks in advance. Party themes cannot be changed after deposit payment has been submitted.
If you are adding party extras to an original booking (after deposit payment) please email us 7 days in advance of the party date.
If you are adding customized extras (after deposit payment), for example, a custom birthday cake, please make your request in time. Our baker requires 2 weeks advance notice on all orders.
If you are making further additions and/or adding a much larger guest count, please notify us ASAP or at least one week in advance of your event.
Please allow adequate time for us to honor any special requests. Please keep in mind if you email us last minute, we may not be able to accommodate your special requests.
Party extras added within 7 days of your event incur a 20% up-charge to cover expedited prep and shipping costs.
Parties booked within 14 days of your event incur a 15% up-charge to cover expedited prep and shipping costs.
