STUDIO POLICIES

Rescheduling/Cancellations

We do not offer refunds, but credits may be available.

To reschedule a single class or camp, a Rescheduling Ticket must be purchased at least 24 hours before start time ($25 admin fee). If you do not show up for your class or camp, you are not entitled to rescheduling or credit after the fact. Rescheduling tickets are valid for classes and camps only and are not valid for parties or events. No refunds.

Rescheduling Tickets are not valid for full semesters. To cancel or reschedule a full semester of class, email us at hello@creativelywildartstudio.com. We will provide a credit for the balance of any remaining sessions (if any) minus a $75 administrative fee. Credits must be used within 6 months of issue. No refunds.

If an in-person class or any live activity or program is canceled at any point due to situations beyond our control (for example, but not limited to: severe restrictions by the government, lockdowns, or where Creatively Wild can't offer live programming), classes will shift ONLINE until after restrictions are lifted. No refunds or credit.

Registration

Prior registration and completed payment are required to attend all of our programs, to be handled through our website. Our registration tool cuts off registration 12 hours ahead of class start time.

Although cancellations at Creatively Wild Art Studio are extremely rare, we reserve the right to cancel programming. We will make every effort to notify students in advance of these changes. In the event this happens, rescheduling or a credit will be offered.

If enrollment goals are not met, we reserve the right to cancel programming up to 48 hours before class. We will notify you via email to reschedule, transfer you to another program, or provide credit to be used within 6 months.

Events

Parties are priced per person. Please note the original guest number you quote at the time of booking is the price you are charged. We do not refund for no-shows or last-minute guests dropping out. If you are unsure of the final headcount, we suggest making your booking at the lower end of your guest count.

For kids’ birthday parties, your final balance is due one week in advance of your event and at that time you can add further guests; we will adjust the invoice accordingly. If you are adding a much larger guest count, please notify us at least a week in advance so we can be prepped in time.

For adult events/parties, the total balance is due when booking via Zelle (preferred), check, or credit card.

All parties are DROP OFF ONLY. Please make your guests aware NOT TO ENTER our studio as we keep traffic to a minimum. No parents or guardians are allowed to attend. We allow only the parents of the Guest of Honor.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your private party or event at Creatively Wild Art Studio, please do so at least seven (7) business days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your rescheduling needs. Our parties book months in advance, so we charge a rescheduling fee of $195. Cancellations made more than seven (7) days before your event are eligible for a credit to be used within a year of your original party date. Cancellations within seven (7) business days of your event are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not eligible for credit. Parties canceled due to situations beyond our control will not be refunded.

If you are adding extras, such as goody bags, pinata, drink, food, etc, let us know at least 7 days in advance of the party date. Party extras added within 7 days will incur a 20% upcharge. Parties booked within 14 days of the party date will incur a 15% upcharge.
