KIDS ART CLASSES
for 4-8 yrs

Our kids art classes provide the perfect balance of fun and development, exposing children to professional-level visual arts instruction in a warm, relaxed, and safe space. We introduce our students to professional art techniques and non-traditional materials to pique their imaginations. We encourage our young artists to make their own creative choices, allowing them to express themselves freely while tapping into their big personalities.
HOW CLASSES WORK:
Flexible sign-up options
For the most beneficial experience, sign up for a full semester (prorated once begun). Payment plans are available. Classes meet once a week for the semester and are drop-off only.
Can’t commit or know you have travel planned? We offer single-day sign-ups (purchase multiple around your dates).
Scheduling and Rescheduling
Our registration system cuts off 12 hours ahead of class and prior registration and payment are required.
Need to reschedule a class? Submit a rescheduling ticket at least 24 hours before class time ($25 fee) and we’ll book you for a new date. If you know you’ll be out of town or unavailable on certain dates, book single classes instead!
If you need to reschedule an entire semester, email us and we’ll reschedule you ($75 fee).

MODERN ART FOR KIDS: Get to Know Famous Artists
Love Basquiat or Bansky? In this super cool and informative painting class, young artists get an inside view into some of the amazing modern artists who have come and gone and left their indelible mark on our popular culture.Each week, we examine a new artist with a brief intro and background and introduce children to their exciting and sometimes unusual techniques + processes, gathering inspiration to complete a fully realized painting on canvas of our own.
MASTERBUILDERS
3D Art Work for Kids
Calling all master builders! If your child loves to build things, they will love this cool imaginative art class. Young artists explore a huge variety of both professional and nontraditional media: discover recycled toy parts. machine parts and materials and/or how to combine the two in inventive ways for surprising results. Create exciting 3D works of art, based on fun and stimulating weekly themes.
I 🖤 ANIMALS
Painting portraits of animals with their unique characteristics is an excellent and inspiring way for children to learn to paint. Children engage with the natural animal kingdom, learning to convey anatomical features, highlight and capture eyes and soulful expressions, and create realistic textures like fur, bone, feathers, skin, scales. Every week, we will take a different animal to study: endangered species or farm or domestic animals and will adjust based on interest!
WINTER WONDERLAND
Art Adventure
Keep your child engaged and stimulated during frosty winter days with sparkling joyful art adventures. We explore winter wonderland themes with whimsical portrayals of snowmen, snowcapped icicles, winter fairytale castles, wonderland landscapes with polar bears, ice-skating rinks, and resting by the fireside with warm hot chocolate! We’ll use lots of glistening whites and blues, and glitter, of course! In this class, children will paint and collage to capture the magic in 2D and 3D art work.
FIRST BRUSHSTROKES: Everything You Need to know about Painting
Our beginner's painting course for children includes everything a young artist needs to know to master and develop painting skills. This course covers the fundamentals: learn to work on a canvas, sketch out subjects, highlight shape, form, and value, use light and shadow, and evoke mood and tone. Create dynamic compositions with perspective and learn the basics in color-mixing, color wheels, and brush applications. This is an excellent course for children who are eager to get started!
WACKY WEEKEND WORKSHOP FOR KIDS
Get weird and wacky with Creatively Wild! Join us for an immersive and imaginative weekend art workshop where everything is possible, and no idea is too big or too small! Our exciting creative adventure explores a range of professional techniques and combine different media with nontraditional and/ or recycled materials to create unique works of art.This class is great for children who love to experiment and explore and is an engaging creative class perfect for weekend fun!
